The invention discloses a tooling for welding a metal sheet rectangular box structure, which comprises a working platform; four locating plates are vertically arranged on the working platform, and are arranged in a rectangle; the four locating plates are respectively provided with a locating cylinder and a magnetism adsorption piece; a metal sheet is located by the locating plates which are driven by the cylinders; and the metal sheet is located by the adsorption of the magnetism adsorption pieces. The metal sheet is located by the four locating plates, thus being accurately located before being welded and being welded after being located. The tooling is rapid in location and suitable for metal sheets with different sizes.
