According to a specific embodiment, the device comprises a bandwidth receiver used for measuring radar signals, a signal identifier used for identifying the radar signals to get target attribute identification information, an interferometer used for measuring angle information of each radar signal, a signal transceiver used for transmitting data through a data link, and a cooperative locator used for receiving and sending the radar signals and the angle information through the signal transceiver, calculating location data of the radar signals according to the multiple radar signals and the angle information, determining the position information of the radar signals according to the location data, and tracking the radar signals. According to the embodiment, data transmission between multiple mobile platform cooperative locating devices is carried out through a data link, the real-time transmission capacity and transmission rate of the data link are improved, and cooperative location of radar signals is realized.
