The investigating of the factors effecting continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis and the relevant measures

Objective To investigate the factors effecting continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)-related peritonitis,and present the measures to deal with it.Method Medical record and questionnaires of 83 patients/101 cases about CAPD-related peritonitis are reviewed and analyzed.Result Opera-tions not according with the standardization,contaminated dialytic environment,and wound's infection of the wound are the main factors effecting CAPD-related peritonitis.Conclusion The health education,re-instruction-and-training to the patients,and intensified nursing of the wounds can improve the curative effect.
