A computerized method for transmitting information driving vehicle, the method comprising: generating, by a computer server device, a risk index for a plurality of road segments in an area predefined coverage, where the risk index indicates a level of driving safety, the generating comprises: determining a value of current risk for each of the plurality of road segments based on (i) data weather conditions associated with road segments, (ii) data conditions road associated with road segments, and (iii) physical attributes of road segments; determining a risk value predicted for each of the plurality of road segments, wherein the value predicted risk is based on data from weather conditions associated with road segments, data road conditions associated with segments road, and physical attributes of the road segments; where the predicted risk value represents a level of driving safety for the road segment at a point in the future tense; and assign the value of current risk and the risk value predicted the corresponding road segment; receiving, by the computing device (106) server, location data associated with a remote device (102); and transmitting, to the remote device (102), information risk associated with one or more of the plurality of road segments based on the location data and the hazard ratio.
