The invention discloses a one-bath synthesis method and application of a cationic bleach activator TBLC, and belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving 4-chloromethyl-benzoyl chloride and caprolactam in a solvent, adding an acid binding agent to a caprolactam solution to be dissolved, then dropwise adding a 4-chloromethyl-benzoyl chloride solution to a caprolactam-acid binding agent solution to be stirred and mixed, and finally, adding tertiary amine to react, spin-drying the solvent after the reaction is finished, and washing the resulting solid to obtain a target product. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the synthesis process of the cationic bleach activator TBLC is substantially simplified, the conditions required for synthesizing the cationic bleach activator TBLC are reduced, the relatively high yield is ensured, and the method is suitable for industrial promotion.
