DISCUSSION ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEISMIC CORRELATION AND ITS INNER CONNECTION IN GANSU AND SHANXI PROVINCES

The recent and historical seismic data are analyzed,and the results show that the earthquakes in Gansu and Shanxi provinces have better correlation.The inner connection of the correlation may be relied on their same geological tectonic background — Qilianshan-Luliangshan-Helanshan mountains active tectonic system,perhaps southeast area of Europe and Asia block may be effected by Indian Ocean block toward north dive and the Pacific Ocean block to west extruding influence,so that this active tectonic system are responded.
