Relationship between NF-κB and liver ischemia and reperfusion injury

Nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB) is a major transcription factor.Recent studies have shown that NF-кB plays a crucial role not only in inflammation,immune response and apoptosis,but also in the development and processing of pathological liver ischemia and reperfusion injury.This review focuses on its detailed mechanism.
