Оценка интенсивности флюоресценции методом проточной цитометрии: методические аспекты внедрения в диагностику онкогематологических заболеваний

Assessment of marker's fluorescence intensity is an important step in analysis of transformed cells as a part of flow cytometry diagnostics in oncohematology. Reliability of the results obtained is strongly dependent upon the process of data collection and analysis. This work is focused on the methodological points important for the assessment of fluorescence intensity in routine flow cytometry diagnostics of oncohematological disorders and can be mostly interesting for experienced flow cytometry specialists.
