Isolation and Yield Enhancement of Primo Vessels Inside of Rabbit Lymph Vessels by Using Sound Wave Vibration

2013
The present invention relates to a method for separating a primo vessel inside a lymph vessel of an experimental animal using a sound wave vibration. In particular, sound waves are provided before a primo vessel is separated from an experimental rabbit so that the primo vessel can be separated while a blood vessel is expanded. Accordingly, the primo vessel of the rabbit can be found more accurately. The method comprises the steps of applying music and sound waves to an experimental animal; preparing an experiment by anesthetizing the animal; cutting up the belly of the anesthetized experimental animal; coloring a lymph vessel; and observing the lymph vessel and extracting primo from the lymph vessel. In the present invention, an experimental animal is anesthetized and dissected while sound waves are provided to the experimental animal so that the experimental animal can relieve tension to a minimal level thereby promoting blood circulation. Accordingly, a primo vessel can be easily extracted from a lymph vessel.
