Formation of Co / Cu / NiFe2O4 (Nanopaticles) Spin-Valve Type Functional Elements

The paper presents the technology of forming a functional element of the spin-valve type Au / Co / Cu / NiFe 2 O 4 (N anopaticles) /S (S - substrate). The study phase composition, crystal structure and magnetooptical properties of individual components and all functional elements have been established optimal conditions for efficient formation of spin-valve systems with stable crystal structure and magnetic properties. It is shown that the optimum thickness of the Co magnetic functional layer is 20 nm and nonmagnetic layer Cu − 10 nm provided the use of NiFe 2 O 4 nanoparticle monolayer array.
