Polyvinyl-alcohol imbibition sponge material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a polyvinyl-alcohol imbibition sponge material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of firstly, mixing polyvinyl alcohol and distilled water, and dissolving in water bath with the temperature of 50-95 DEG C, so as to obtain a polyvinyl-alcohol aqueous solution; adding a cross-linking agent, a catalyst, a foamer, a pore filling agent and an auxiliary foamer into the polyvinyl-alcohol aqueous solution, and uniformly stirring and mixing in water bath with the temperature of 30-80 DEG C; pouring a uniformly-mixed emulsion into a mold, and carrying out crosslinking reaction at the temperature of 30-90 DEG C; reacting for 30-60 minutes, after pores are formed, maintaining the temperature, and further heating to solidify for 2-8 hours, thereby obtaining the polyvinyl-alcohol imbibition sponge material. The sponge is uniform in pore, strong in water absorbing power, good in flexibility and viscoelasticity and good in biocompatibility, has the advantages of low cost, environment friendliness, simple process and the like, and has broad prospects for development in the fields of aquatic product processing, food, clinical medicine, water treatment and the like.
