Hydrogen peroxide injection device for rotating-disc-type low-temperature plasma sterilizer

2012
The invention relates to a hydrogen peroxide injecting device of a rotating disc type low-temperature plasma sterilizer. A fixed elastic clip is adopted, and a hydrogen peroxide capsule is filled in the elastic clip. One stepping motor is utilized to drive the elastic clip to rotate for 360 degrees and move and position the capsule in the elastic clip, and another stepping motor is utilized to drive a syringe needle to cause the syringe needle to work in a mode of moving back and forth. The syringe needle is connected with an injection valve, and the injection valve is connected with a sterilizing chamber. The syringe needle moves forwards to pierce the hydrogen peroxide capsule in the elastic clip, and hydrogen peroxide is injected into the sterilizing chamber by control of the injection valve. The injecting device has the advantages of reliability and safety in injection, simplicity in structure and the like.
