Method for checking sealing performance of safety valve

The invention relates to a method for checking the sealing performance of a safety valve. The method is characterized in that the leakage percentage C% is adopted in a method for judging a sealing performance test of the safety valve, wherein the C% is equal to pressure drop lambda, and the pressure drop lambda in time unit serves as a judgment index of the sealing performance test of the safety valve. The method comprises the following steps of 1 installing pressure detection devices different in measuring range at an air inlet of the safety valve; 2 obtaining a pressure value P1 before testing, obtaining a pressure value P2 after testing in unit time, calculating a pressure drop lambda value and then judging whether the sealing performance of the safety valve is qualified or not according to the pressure drop lambda. The method for checking the sealing performance of the safety valve is accurate, simple, effective and high in reliability.
