Requirements for ASCI

Abstract : This is the report of the 2003 JASON summer study on the technical requirements for advanced scientific computing and modeling to support the United States maintaining a safe and reliable nuclear deterrent through the Department of Energy's (DOE) and National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) science-based Stockpile Stewardship Program (SSP) Advanced scientific computing and modeling required by SSP is supported by the Advanced Simulation and Computing (ASCI) Program under SSP.
