Comparative study of bone optical density obtained in panoramic radiographs and bone densitometry in non-hysterectomized and hysterectomized women

The most appropriate method to evaluate bone structures is bone densitometry. Because of the difficulty of conducting this review, studies have been accomplished in order to optimize the identification of individuals with greater potential risk of having low bone mineral density and using programs and systems of digital images for effective screening.
