The Development of the Express Method for the Assessment of the Ecological Condition of Fresh Water by Physiological Indicators of a Biotest Object

The methodological bases of a new express method of bioindication of the level of water pollution are developed using a representative of the Amphibia class as a biotest object. The choice of the minimum set of measuring equipment for experimental research of the test object, consisting of a three-coordinate accelerometer and thermal imager, is substantiated based on the determined requirements for the level of informativeness, sensitivity and accuracy of measurements. The test object sensitivity and rapid response to a number of typical pollutions and changes in water quality, usual for the region, is proved, which confirms the adequacy of the proposed approaches.
