Keywords: demonstration method, multimedia, learning activity, learning outcome Based on observations and interviews result with the chairman of the Administrative program, it obtained information that teachers use the lecturing method, question and answer method, the assignment method and discussion method in the learning process. Moreover, the students still have less participate in expressing their opinions and ask questions during the learning process. In addition, learning is not sufficiently available to support the learning process in class. The learning activities do not only provide information, but it needs to be supported by the activities which demonstrates and provides students the opportunity to perform live performance in order to improve the competence of students. Indicators of achievement in basic competence of Copying Document Handling is that students can perform copying document and binding in accordance with the specifications. The formulation problems of this study are to determine: (1) the implementation of teaching methods aided multimedia demonstrations on Copying Documents Handling subject; (2) the implementation of demonstration learning method aided with multimedia can improve students' learning activities in Copying Documents Handling subject; and (3) the implementation of aided demonstration learning method with multimedia can improve student learning outcomes in Copying Documents Handling subject. This type of research is a classroom action research with subjects are the eleventh grade students of APK Regular at SMK Cendika Bangsa Kepanjen Malang that consist of 30 students. The data collection was done through: (1) observation, (2) interview, (3) documentation, and (4) test. The try out for posttest was done through: (1) level of difficulty test and (2) distinguishing test try out. Analysis of data was conducted through three stages: data reduction, data display and conclusion. This study was conducted in two cycles; each cycle consists of 2 meetings and four main stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The research findings of this study are: (1) the implementation of demonstration learning method with multimedia-aided runs smoothly and according to lesson plan (RPP); (2) the implementation of demonstration learning method aided with multimedia activities the students have increased by 15.85% with the percentage of the success of 70.28% in the first cycle and of 86.13% in the second cycle; and (3) the implementation of demonstration learning method with multimedia-aided assisted student learning results have increased, on cognitive aspects of experiencing an increase of 58.48% with the percentage of the success of 34.62% in the first cycle and 93.10% in the second cycle, for affective aspects of experiencing an increase of 26.88% with the percentage of the success of 56.05% in the first cycle and 82.93% in the second cycle, and psychomotor aspect of experiencing an increase of 11.15% with the percentage of the success of 83.33% in the first cycle and 94.48% in the second cycle. The conclusions of this research are: (1) the implementation of demonstration learning method with multimedia-aided can be implemented according to lesson plan and running smoothly; (2) implementation of demonstration learning method with multimedia-aided can improve students' learning activities; (3) implementation of demonstration learning method with multimedia-aided can enhance students' learning outcome. Based on research results, suggestions which can be are given are: (1) the students should be a more orderly when the teacher explains the material and attention to friends who are asked and argued; (2) for subject teachers, demonstration method can be used as an alternative learning methods; (3) for further researchers, they are recommended that prior to implementing, they should ensure the class and the equipment (LCD projector) to be used, make arrangements with the students not to be noisy and does not use any communication tool during the learning process.
