The frequency of TP53 gene defects differs between chronic lymphocytic leukaemia subgroups harbouring distinct antigen receptors
2014
In chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) tumour initiation and
progression are linked to the interplay between cellextrinsic
and cell-intrinsic mechanisms. Cell-extrinsic mechanisms relate
to the crosstalk of CLL cells with their microenvironment
through various receptors, including the B-cell receptor (BcR).
