Malária transfusional no Brasil: situação atual

No relato sao apresentados os aspectos da situacao transfusional da malaria no Brasil, com o registro de 500.000 casos anuais da molestia e as repercussoes da doenca nos servicos hemoterapicos e transfusoes na regiao amazonica. With the registration of 500,000 cases per year of the disease and the repercussions in the hemotherapy and transfusion seruices in the Amazon region, aspects of the transfusion malaria situation are discussed in this report.
