The invention discloses a rubidium atomic frequency standard bubble frequency control system. The system comprises a physical system and a microwave cavity, an inner bubble is arranged in the microwave cavity, the inner bubble is communicated with an outer bubble through a glass tube, and the outer bubble is arranged in an outer bubble heating system. The physical system comprises a heating device, a spectrum lamp and an optical detecting device. The system further comprises a lock-in amplifier, a counter and a microwave source. The invention further discloses a rubidium atomic frequency standard bubble frequency control method. The method comprises the steps that the inner bubble and the outer bubble are manufactured; the microwave cavity is heated to reach preset temperature; the outer bubble is heated until crystal oscillator output frequency reaches preset frequency; primary sealing and cutting are carried out; secondary sealing and cutting are carried out. According to the system and method, the requirement for a circuit is low, and a complete machine can be achieved conveniently. Bubble frequency control precision is high, and implementation is easy.
