The invention discloses a coal mine multiple seam bolting-grouting process which includes grouting; lifting shed beam anchor ropes and I steel lifting beams on a top plate before slashing, arranging I steel lifting beams on the slashing side at the position of 0.6m away from adjacent single column, wherein the distance of I steel upper holes is 1.2m; supporting slashing areas through anchor rods, steel meshes, anchor ropes and W steel in a combined way; brushing. The purpose of the coal mine multiple seam bolting-grouting process is to improve stability of the top plate by reinforcing the top plate of the multiple seam, thereby ensuring roadway construction safety.
