The invention relates to a bypass short joint capable of being activated and circulated repeatedly, relating to the field of petroleum natural gas well drilling, well completion and work-over treatment tools. According to the technical scheme, an outer body with a cavity consists of a body, an upper connector and a lower connector; the upper part of the body is provided with no less than two spraying nozzles in a radial direction; the body is internally provided with a slide sleeve which is in slidingly sealing match with the body; radial through holes corresponding to the spraying nozzles are arranged in the upper part of the slide sleeve; a spherical base is arranged below the through holes; a route groove is arranged in the lower part of the slide sleeve in an axial direction and is externally sleeved with a spring; the body is provided with a positioning pin; downstream limiting match is formed by the positioning pin and the route groove in the lower part of the slide sleeve; a slide sleeve downstream stopping point position is a communication position of a slide sleeve through hole and the spraying nozzle of the body; and a ball basket is arranged inside the hollow cavity below the slide sleeve. The bypass short joint disclosed by the invention can be used for treating well leakage and repeated bypass circulation in a well washing process. The bypass short joint has a simple structure and is simple and convenient to operate.
