A method for the production of sodium dichromate electrolysis cationic membrane

2013
A process for producing sodium dichromate electrolysis cationic membrane, comprising the steps of: Industrial sodium chromate concentration of 20 to 40% solution of a concentration of 23 to 50% of the sodium dichromate solution were mixed to prepare a mixed the feed solution, the sodium dichromate and sodium chromate solution mixed feed volume ratio of 1.5: 1 to 5: 1; the anode chamber into the liquid mixture feed to the cathode compartment into the concentration of 27-30% sodium hydroxide solution; ON DC control current density of 2 ~ 4kA / m2, the electrolysis reaction temperature is 70 ~ 90 ℃, a cathode compartment and an anode chamber pressure of 200 ~ 500mmH2O, an anode feed temperature of 50 ~ 85 ℃, cathode feed temperature is 55 ~ 90 ℃, sodium dichromate electrolysis reaction solution in the anode compartment and oxygen to give hydrogen and sodium hydroxide in the cathode chamber.
