마을활동 과정에서 나타나는 학습의 특성 분석

We studied the cases of community building in ‘Da’ District of the Seoul Metropolitan City because their importance as sustainable community development cases is highly regarded. We analysed the characteristic of community building activities and learning in the District. Research result are as follows: First, main agents of community building activities emerged and developed through collective communication and interaction. Second, learning outcomes in the community building process were the main agents’ competence development, new culture such as novel football rules and egalitarian opportunities, and changes of perceived images of their communities. We suggest that more studies be done to investigate the learning that takes place during participation in sustainable developmental issues in the perspective of social learning.
