Belonging to the technical field of novel functional materials and biosensing detection, the invention relates to a preparation method and application of a mycotoxin sensor constructed based on porous tungsten trioxide nanoflowers. On the basis of the good adsorption performance and large specific surface area of porous tungsten trioxide nanoflowers, the sensitivity of the biosensor is significantly improved, and the mycotoxin sensor constructed based on porous tungsten trioxide nanoflowers has important significance for detection of mycotoxins in grain.
