Highlypuremetallicsinglewalledcarbonnanotubes� werecontinuouslyextractedfromamixtureof� semiconductingandmetallicspeciesusinganon� destructive,� scalablemethod.� Twolaminarstreamswere� generatedinanHshapedmicrofluidicchannelwithtwo� inletsandtwooutlets.�Theflowconditionswerecarefully� controlledtominimizediffusiveandconvectivetransport� acrosstheboundarybetweenthetwoflows.� Dielectrophoreticforcefromtheembeddedelectrodeatthe� junctionextractedmetallicnanotubesfromastreamof� nanotubesuspensiontowardtheotherstreamofbuffer� solutionwithoutnanotubes.�Thehighlypuremetallicand� enrichedsemiconductingnanotubeswereobtained� simultaneouslyateachoutletusingthisnovelapproach.� Excellentselectivitywasverifiedbyelectricaltransport� measurement,� absorption,� andRamanspectroscopic� analysis.�
