NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK- RATIONING OF ABSOLUTE SCARCE HEALTH CARE RESOURCES FOR THE PANDEMIC- A REVIEW.

Coronaviruses (CoV) belong to the Coronavirus family, with its high coronaviridae mutation rate. And we need to collaborate with our colleagues in public health to ensure that population-based measures such as social distancing, quarantine, and exclusion steps are taken quickly and prudently to flatten the disease curve. In this early stage of COVID-19 outbreak, the purpose of this review article is first of all to provide a preliminary opinion on the disease, the ways of treatment and prevention. Second, we can use the preparedness foundations built up over the last decades to adapt to the challenges of a new era. The following actions are the needed ones that the health care organizations must prioritize immediately so that we can do the most with what we have available.
