Method for detecting contents of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide in nano-zirconia

2015
The invention belongs to the field of analytical chemistry, in particular relates to a method for detecting contents of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide in nano-zirconia. Nano-zirconia powder is a powder material which is suitable for plasma spraying and is prepared through spray granulation and sintering of part of stable ZrO2 nano-particles in Y2O3, and the crystal structure is described as follows: the tetragonal phase is greater than or equal to 95%, and the monoclinic phase is smaller than or equal to 5% (the monoclinic phase can not be detected with X-rays). Compared with the common thermal barrier coating, the nano-zirconia which is a novel thermal spraying material has lower thermal conductivity and is widely applied to an aero-engine. The ingredients of the powder are more complex and cannot be detected with relevant detection standard. According to the method, the contents of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide can be accurately detected, thereby filling up the blank of a detection method for composite ingredients of the nano-zirconia.
