Determination of acesulfame K in white spirit by high performance liquid chromatography

A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of acesulfame K in white spirit was developed,acesulfame K was determined by PDA detector and CH3OH-NH4Ac as mobile phase.The recovery rate was 84.4%~99.92% and the relative standard deviation was inferior to 1%,The method is simple and sensitive,which is suitable for the determination of acesulfame K in white spirit.
