Larvicidal effect of flubendazole on Angiostrongylus cantonensis in mice with various worm burdens

Flubendazole given orally at 50mg kg to mice inoculated with 50, 250 or 500 larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis showed almost complete larvicidal effect, irrespective of the worm burden.
