The invention discloses a porphyra yezoensis seedling cultivating temperature-control water-circulation centralized radiating device accurate in temperature adjusting. The device comprises a seedling cultivating chamber and a plurality of mutually-communicated settling ponds, the settling ponds are arranged in the seedling cultivating chamber and communicated with a settled water outgoing main pipe through settled water outgoing branched pipes respectively, a settled water pump is arranged on each settled water outgoing branched pipe, the settled water outgoing main pipe is connected with a heating-cooling temperature adjusting device through a settled water incoming connection pipe, the heating-cooling temperature adjusting device is communicated with a settled water incoming main pipe at one end of the seedling cultivating chamber through a settled water outgoing connection pipe, a fresh water incoming main pipe is arranged at the other end of the seedling cultivating chamber, a fresh water pump is arranged on the fresh water incoming main pipe, one end of the fresh water incoming main pipe is connected with the heating-cooling temperature adjusting device through an adjusting water outgoing connection pipe, and the heating-cooling temperature adjusting device is communicated with a fresh water well through an adjusting water incoming connection pipe.
