By adopting the testing device provided by the utility model, temperature and humidity in the present box body can be accurately controlled, surface temperature of a testing steel plate is guaranteed to reach a preset value, the temperature in the box body is ensured to be constant, condensed water is prevented from dripping on the sample, the volume of the box body is reduced, the equipment is prevented from corrosion owing to adopting the mirror stainless steel plate, the requirements of a periodic infiltration and corrosion test can be completely satisfied, the service life of the testing steel plate is predicted more accurately, and a scientific proof is provided for a research on steel grade corrosion.
