Developing a Newborn Resuscitation Telemedicine Program: A Follow-Up Study Comparing Two Technologies

Background: Early work has demonstrated the feasibility of newborn resuscitation telemedicine programs (NRTPs) as a resource to improve the quality of high-risk newborn resuscitations performed by general providers in the community setting. As telemedicine technology rapidly advances, additional research is needed to evaluate the technology requirements necessary to provide this type of emergency care.
