Study on surface expression of IL-7 in patients with HCV/HIV co-infection in He nan Province

2009
Objective:To investigate expression and significance of IL-7 in HCV mono-infection,HIV mono-infection and HCV/HIV co-infection.Methods:We detected the surface expression of IL-7 and CD4T cells number and CD8T cells number from PBMC isolated from HCV infection,HIV infection,HCV/HIV co-infection and normal control by flow cytometry. Results:The expression of CD45RA on CD4T cells decreased significantly(P0.01) and IL-7 increased significantly(P0.01);In HIV infection and HCV/HIV co-infection group(P0.01).In HCV infection group, the expression of CD45RA on CD4T cells decreased but not significantly, and IL-7 increased significantly. Conclusion:The surface expression of CD45 on CD4T lymphocytes decreases, and IL-7 increases significantly with HCV/HIV co-infection in Henan.
