Method for manufacturing printed matter

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a water-based lithographic printing method that exhibits exceptional print quality and is superior from the standpoint of the environment. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing printed matter that includes: a step for causing a water-based ink to adhere to the surface of the photosensitive layer of a lithographic printing plate on the surface of which an ink-repellent layer and a heat-sensitive layer are present; and a step for transferring the adhering water-based ink, directly or with a blanket interposed therebetween, to a medium on which the ink is to be printed.
