Magnetoresistance longitudinale negative et magnetophonons du GaAs epitaxial de type n, non degenere

Abstract Non degenerate n-type epitaxial GaAs exhibits negative longitudinal magnetoresistance between 63°K, 340°K in magnetic fields up to 300 kgauss. Thermal displacement of longitudinal magnetophonons are investigated.
