Action mechanisms of T-bet and Thl/Th2 in hepatitis B

2013
T-bet is an important transcription factor of the T-box family and plays an important role in the CD4+T Th1 type of cell differentiation.T-bet inhibits the synthesis of Th2 cytokines, and converses fully differentiated Th2 to Th1.The differentiation imbalance of Th1/Th2 has been proved to be involved in the development, progression and prognosis of a variety of diseases. An insight into the mechanisms of T-bet regulating Th1/Th2 differentiation helps to explain the progression of diseases and may provide evidence for their treatment. This paper focuses on the mechanism of T-bet acting on hepatitis B.
