The invention discloses a method for preparing a biological feed by solid fermenting olive leaves, which belongs to the technical field of biological fermentation engineering. The method is characterized in that dry olive leaves are adopted as the raw material to be crushed, screened and sterilized at high temperature and high pressure, then the crushed olive leaves are mixed with bacteria-free nutritional salt, and cryytococcus neoformans seed liquid is uniformly mixed with the crushed olive leaves to be subjected to solid state fermentation under an appropriate condition so as to obtain the biological fermented feed with high nutritional value. The method comprises the following steps of measuring dry olive leaf powder of certain quantity, sterilizing the dry olive leaf powder at high temperature and high pressure, mixing the dry olive leaf powder with sterilized nutritional salt of a given volume, adding cryytococcus neoformans seed liquid, umiformly mixing the mixture, fermenting the mixture at an appropriate condition, and drying the mixture at the temperature of 45DEG C to constant weight to obtain the final product. In the prepared biological fermented feed, the content of protein is 14 to 16 percent, and the minimal content of tannin is 1.965mg/g, the cellulose enzyme activity can reach up to 11.84U/mL. The method has the characteristics of low carbon, environmental friendliness, high efficiency in utilization of resource, low investment cost, high efficiency, industrialization and the like.
