Synthesis and characterization of In2O3 nanocube via a solvothermal-calcination route
2009
Abstract In 2 O 3 nanocubes have been generated by a two-step process, a simple solvothermal technique for In(OH) 3 nanocubes and subsequent reaction with O 2 to form the In 2 O 3 nanocubes, which exhibit morphologies identical to the original In(OH) 3 nanocube. The In(OH) 3 nanocubes and the In 2 O 3 nanocubes are well-crystallized single-crystal nanostructure. Under optimal conversion conditions, the final geometry features of In 2 O 3 are predetermined by the size and morphology of the In(OH) 3 nanocubes. The size of In(OH) 3 nanocubes is effected by pH value of solution.
