Javaslattételi rendszer szerepe a folyamatfejlesztésben: Role of the proposal system in the process improvement

One of the most effective ways to increase the efficiency of logistics processes is to use different tools and methods of lean. Lean initially developed in the field of production area, but today it has also become dominant in the service sector. The paper presents one of the basic tools of lean, namely the proposal system, with the help of which the 8th type of waste, which is the non-utilization of the knowledge and creativity of the employees can be reduced. The theoretical background of the tool and its application in a practical implementation are described. The value of the research is increased especially by the fact that the developed system has been introduced in higher education. Kivonat A logisztikai folyamatok hatekonysagnovelesenek egyik leghatasosabb modja a lean kulonboző eszkozeinek, modszereinek alkalmazasa.  A lean kezdetekben a termelesi teruleten alakult ki, ugyanakkor napjainkra a szolgaltatasi szektorban is meghatarozova valt. A dolgozat bemutatja a lean egyik alapeszkozet, vagyis a javaslatteteli rendszert, melynek segitsegevel a 8. vesztesegtipus, nevezetesen a dolgozok tudasanak, kreativitasanak ki nem hasznalasa redukalhato. Ismertetesre kerul az eszkoz alkalmazasanak elmeleti hattere, valamint annak alkalmazasa egy gyakorlati megvalositas eseten. A kutatas erteket kulonosen noveli, hogy a kialakitott rendszer a felsőoktatasban kerult bevezetesre.
