The present invention is applicable to the field of amplifier technology, provides a non-scalable broadband high-performance high-frequency dielectric waveguide amplifier comprising upper chamber and a lower chamber plate; the intermediate plate located at the upper chamber and the lower chamber there broadside on the lower chamber of a metal ridge, the ridge and the metal plates together form unbalanced to balanced conversion structure, to achieve the waveguide mode field to field coplanar waveguide mode conversion;; portion of the upper chamber, combination plate and a lower chamber as a whole. Waveguide amplifier according to the present invention is to completely eliminate the adverse effects caused by the dielectric substrate dielectric loss and resonance, etc., which greatly improves the performance of the millimeter-wave amplifier circuit design based on, in particular, the higher the frequency, the amplifier circuit show the more obvious advantages.
