2016
The aim of work is to study the output tone of vegetative nervous system in children with cervicogenic headache against the background of instability in the cervical spine. It was examined 40 children in the age of 6–11 years with cervicogenic headache and 17 practically healthy children of the same age and sex. The condition of vegetative tone was studied using heartbeat variability indicators with the cardiointervalography method. The background indicators changes of spectral and temporal features of heartbeat variability in children with cervicogenic headache testified the authentic (p<0.001) prevalence of the parasympathetic tone and decrease of activity of the sympathoadrenal link, increase of the contribution of humoral-metabolic effects. The research notifies violations of homeostatic level of vegetative regulation in children with cervicogenic headache and grounds the necessity of further development of the given problem.
