Enterprise inventory management system and method

The invention discloses an enterprise inventory management system and an enterprise inventory management method. The enterprise inventory management system comprises a trigger module, a statistic module, a display module and a data storage module. The method comprises that a shell trigger triggers one automatic detection mechanism at special time every day; the statistic module makes statistics on all batches of state information on the day, automatically works out theoretical inventory statistic information according to statistically summarized data, compares the theoretical statistic information with current system actual inventory information, makes statistics on the batches with difference, and displays result to operation staffs. When the enterprise inventory management system and method are applied to an enterprise inventory system, inventory intake and output volumes are automatically added up, the statistical result is showed at a system interface to notice the operators, the operators can timely adopts remedial measures to the batches with difference according to the statistical result, controllability of the daily inventory intake and output volumes and traceability of generated difference are well guaranteed, and system error is greatly reduced.
