Application of double orthogonal design to optimize multiplex PCR conditions

Orthogonal design was applied to optimize Multiplex PCR condition on Porcine circovirus typeⅠandⅡ(PCVⅠ,PCVⅡ).Two orthogonal experiments,34 reactions were performed in this investigation.The optimum reaction system established in this research was repeatable and stable.The results suggested that this method,which was invented to dis- solve multi-factor controlling problems,is rapid,simple and economical to seek optimization reaction for Multiplex PCR.
