The Pollution Situation,Trend and Measures in Ningxia's Cities

Ningxia is an underdeveloped region in Northwestern China and a region with underdeveloped cities in economy.Recently the cities' pollution turns more and more serious,and industrial waste water discharge,industrial waste gas discharge,and household and service waste water discharge have all increased quickly.With the data of 1998~2002,this paper analyzes the correlation between the pollution and the influential factors.The study concludes that,with the process of development,the economy and population in Western China will both expand and this may cause serious pollution situation in the future if no control policy is carried out.So it is important to take measures to control the pollution trend.
