Оперативное лечение дисплазии тазобедренных суставов у детей в зависимости от особенностей формирования тазобедренных суставов и их скелетной зрелости

In this work an analysis of surgical treatment of 74 dysplastic hip joints in children aged 2 to 11 years has been carried out depending on the degree of hypoplasia of the joint elements. The identification and comparison of skeletal maturity of 70 hip joints according to the original Oxford method were carried out in dysplasia and in health. Operational treatment strategy was defined depending on the type of dysplasia and skeletal maturity of hip joints in children.
