A refresher on CHESS Holdings and a look at recommendation 67 of the PPSA review

Recommendation 67 of the Final Report for the Review of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA) issued recently is that the PPSA be amended 'so that shares or other securities listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and held through the CHESS system are investment instruments, rather than intermediated securities'.
