[Research advancement of long non-coding RNAs in liver fibrosis].

Hepatic fibrosis is a wound healing and scar repair reaction after liver injury, and is a common pathway for various chronic liver diseases. Activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells are the key links in the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis. Recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs are involved in regulating the activation, proliferation and apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells. Thus, probing its mechanism of action will provide a new strategy for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in liver fibrosis. Key words: Liver cirrhosis; Hepatic stellate cell; Long non-coding RNAs
