Clinical Observation of Open and Laparoscopic Resection of Rectal Cancer combined Therapy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical resection of rectal cancer is applied to the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods In our hospital in 2011 01 months to 2013 03 months treated 150 cases of rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,patients in control group were treated with operation in the treatment of rectal cancer radical surgery.Results The amount of bleeding,observation group patients in the postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization time and compared with the control group had significant differences(P0.01).Conclusion The radical operation with safe reliability of radical surgery and traditional open colorectal laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer,it is widely used and popularized in clinic.
