The invention relates to a three-phase load flow state estimation method of a power distribution network. The method includes: (1) reading model data and transmission sections of the power distribution network, performing topological identification on the power distribution network to obtain a network topological structure of the power distribution network, and measuring each measuring point in the power distribution network to obtain data measurement values; (2) respectively computing three-phase load flows of the power distribution network according to the network topological structure to obtain a data computation value of each measuring point of the power distribution network; and (3) identifying according to residual between every data computation value and the data measurement value of the corresponding measuring point thereof, judging whether the data measurement values are bad data or not, if yes, correcting the data measurement values by the data computation values, and then analyzing and computing the power distribution network. By the state estimation method, good state estimation results can be obtained, and actual running requirements of the power distribution network can be met basically.
